1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through CoolestTechEver.com and related services offered by Coolest Tech Ever (“CTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting this website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the product-specific policies below.
Because we offer products from multiple manufacturers, certain products are subject to manufacturer-specific shipping, return, repair, replacement, and warranty procedures. Where a product-specific policy below applies, that policy controls for that product.
2. General Order Policy
Except where a product-specific policy below expressly provides otherwise, all purchases are final. In cases where a cancellation, replacement, exchange, or return is approved, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the product, condition of the item, and manufacturer policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or decline any order for pricing errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, dealer or reseller activity, or other legitimate business reasons. If an order is canceled before shipment, any authorized payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information.
3. Shipping Policy
Shipping times shown on this website are estimates unless otherwise stated. Some items ship directly from manufacturers or suppliers and may require longer handling times. Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and making arrangements to receive delivery at the shipping address provided.
If a shipment is materially delayed, we may contact the customer using the information provided at checkout. Certain items may require signature, inspection, or special handling upon delivery.
4. Delivery Inspection and Issue Reporting
Customers must inspect products promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or apparently defective, the customer must contact CTE support within 7 days of delivery at help@coolesttechever.com or 888-744-1004.
To process a claim efficiently, we may request the order number, photos of the product, photos of packaging, serial numbers, videos, or troubleshooting information. Failure to report visible delivery issues promptly may limit available remedies except where prohibited by law.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Return Authorization
No return will be accepted without prior authorization. If a return is approved, the customer must follow the return instructions provided by CTE or the applicable manufacturer. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging, with all accessories, documentation, and components, and in resaleable condition unless the return is for a verified covered defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we specifically state otherwise in writing.
Items returned used, incomplete, damaged, or without authorization may be denied a refund or may receive only a partial refund where allowed.
6. Defect and Warranty Claims
If a product is believed to be defective or malfunctioning, the customer must contact CTE support before initiating a credit card dispute, PayPal claim, or chargeback. Depending on the product, the remedy may be troubleshooting, manufacturer support, repair, replacement, or another solution provided under the applicable warranty.
Warranty claims do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Many products sold through CTE are covered by manufacturer warranties and must follow manufacturer procedures for service, evaluation, repair, or replacement.
Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any order issue directly with CTE before initiating a payment dispute. If a dispute is initiated, CTE may submit evidence including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, tracking records, policy acceptance, customer communications, and product review activity where relevant.
7. International Orders
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all applicable VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges, import fees, taxes, and related charges required by the destination country. These charges are non-refundable.
CTE is not responsible for customs delays, import holds, border inspections, tariffs, refused delivery due to unpaid import fees, or other delays caused by the destination country’s customs or import processes.
8. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
Products offered by CTE must be used only as intended and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, manuals, and manufacturer guidance. Some products may contain electrical components, small parts, magnets, frequencies, or materials that may be dangerous if handled improperly.
You acknowledge that CTE is not liable for personal injury, property damage, equipment damage, or other loss arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, negligent handling, failure to follow instructions, or unlawful use of any product sold through this website.
Products may not be suitable for children. Customers assume sole responsibility for keeping products out of reach of children and for supervising any use involving minors. Small parts may present a choking hazard.
9. Health and Medical Disclaimer
This notice is provided in connection with applicable federal law. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated otherwise. Products sold by CTE are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any wellness device, supplement, or related product, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, under medical supervision, or living with a diagnosed medical condition.

Product-Specific Policies
10. Sensor V Medallions
Shipping: Sensor V Medallions may ship within a few days, but customers should allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for shipment because these items may be produced in limited batches.
Refunds and Returns: Sensor V Medallions are non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified defect qualifies for replacement under the applicable warranty process.
Warranty: Defective medallions may be eligible for replacement if the issue is reported within 90 days and the required supporting documentation is provided. 11. HydroGO+ and WaterGuru Products
Certain water products sold through CTE may be fulfilled or serviced through WaterGuru or another manufacturer channel. Before returning any eligible item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and follow the applicable return instructions.
Water Ionizer Return Policy: Within 10 days of delivery, authorized returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Unopened, unused units in new condition may be subject to a 20% to 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.
- Opened units may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.
- Opened and used units may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, the cost of a new filter if applicable, plus shipping and handling.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser unless otherwise approved in writing.
Any return sent without proper authorization may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Replacement filters and other consumable water products are non-refundable.
Warranty: Water ionizers may carry a manufacturer warranty of approximately 60 days unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page or in product documentation. Warranty coverage is void if the unit has been tampered with, altered, misused, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
WaterGuru is not responsible for packages affected by incorrect customer address information or carrier misdelivery beyond the manufacturer’s control. International customers remain responsible for additional duties, taxes, tariffs, and import-related fees.
12. iPyramids and iTorus Products
iPyramids products sold through CTE are subject to manufacturer-directed policies and support procedures.
Mini iTorus 30-Day Return Policy: A return request may be considered within 30 days of receipt only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The customer has worked with the support team to set up and begin using the device.
- The customer has documented use of the device for 1 to 3 hours per day for at least 7 days.
- The customer contacts support within the 30-day period and follows the return procedure provided.
If those conditions are met and the return is approved, the customer may be entitled to a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee, provided the item is returned in original full working condition with all accessories.
Manufacturer Warranty: iPyramids products are typically warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship for approximately 180 days from the date of purchase for the original retail purchaser, unless a longer manufacturer policy expressly applies. The remedy is repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s sole discretion.
To obtain warranty service, the customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, a written description of the issue, return contact information, and any shipping, handling, or insurance fees required by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage is void if the product has been tampered with, improperly serviced, misused, neglected, or accidentally damaged.
Certain iPyramids products may be custom-built, calibrated to order, or designated final sale by the manufacturer. Those items are not eligible for return unless required by law or covered by a verified manufacturer defect.
13. Blushield Products
Authorized Retailer Notice: Coolest Tech Ever is an authorized retailer of Blushield products. Warranty and refund terms listed above reflect manufacturer policy and may be administered in cooperation with the manufacturer.
Warranty
Blushield products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against factory defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, modification, neglect, accidental damage, dropping, or water damage. Certain accessories may carry a shorter warranty period, including 14 days from the date of purchase where stated.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase and purchase date. Warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Blushield will determine, at its discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced based on the nature of the fault.
30-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee
Blushield products purchased through CoolestTechEver.com may be eligible for a 30-day limited money-back guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.
A full refund may be issued only if the product is returned unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery.
Products returned within the 30-day period that have been opened may be eligible for a refund minus a 20% return fee, provided the product is returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition with all included components.

Customers seeking a refund or warranty evaluation for Blushield products must first contact Blushield support using the contact information above. Blushield will provide return instructions and authorization where applicable.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Conditions
Products returned scratched, damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging may be denied a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees associated with international returns.
14. Customer Reviews and Comments
We value customer feedback and may send review reminders following a purchase. By submitting a review, rating, testimonial, comment, image, or other content (“Submission”), you represent that:
- your Submission is accurate and based on your genuine experience;
- your Submission is original and created by you;
- you are a bona fide user of the product referenced;
- you are at least 21 years of age or otherwise legally permitted to submit the content; and
- your Submission does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.
By submitting content, you grant CTE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute the Submission for website, marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove, reject, or edit any Submission that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, obscene, unlawful, harassing, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.
15. SMS / MMS Marketing Program Privacy Notice
If you opt into our SMS or MMS messaging program, we will use the information you provide to send mobile messages and respond to your requests where necessary. This may include sharing information with service providers, messaging platforms, carriers, and other vendors involved in delivering the program.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit phone numbers collected through the program. However, we may disclose information where required by law, government request, regulatory process, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights, property, operations, or users.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTE disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, delivery, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any product or service sold through this website.
To the extent permitted by law, CTE’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that order unless otherwise required by law.
